protect your players, protect our club
We don’t need to tell you that lightning is dangerous.
As a player I am sure you have had or heard of some close calls, and as a club you have a responsibility to protect your players and staff in the event of a lightning storm.
To date you may have been using an air horn blasted from the club house or sent staff around in carts to warn players of incoming storms.
Utilising our expertise in long range connectivity and automation, Land Watch has developed an easy to deploy, remote controlled lightning siren alert system. Controlled from the office, when the staff are made aware of lightning in the area, the siren can be triggered to warn players.
Multiple siren stations across the course, positioned at tee’s, greens and intersections, emit an emergency warning sound loud enough for all players to hear. Having the sirens spread around the course takes the guess work out of wondering if they heard the air horn. It also means that the impact on neighbours can be minimised.
Each Lightning Alert system is built for on course conditions and designed to be in the elements, 9 or 18 hole packages will be available including sirens and pro shop remote.
It may be months between uses but like your trusted wedge, when you need the right tool for the job, it is ready to go.
